Pan is used to normalize ur stomach after eating dinner means food as the food with spicies sometimes makes u feel dizzy so the paan brings u to Cooldown after the food

Go for the famous spots in Delhi for food rather than being random … Connaught place has wengers bakery , ask for their popular stuff ... u can go to Daryaganj restaurant for North Indian food .. Pandey pan shop is quite famous for variety of sweet pan which doesn’t make u high as it doesn’t have beetle .. it’s perfectly good for health .. Khan market is the place near by famous for khan chacha which has very good grill chicken stuff … Delhi is famous for its food but u need to go to right places .. just randomly eating anywhere will not give u the right feel of Delhi … just watch any food review video and short list places and food …

The key to not getting sick is to clean your hands frequently. The reason you find wash basins or taps in every eating place here to wash hands,compared to dry and cold European countries there's lot more bacteria here in hot and humid climate . If you want to be super safe eat hot cooked stuff only ,carry a hand sanitizer and rub it before you eat anything with your hands.

In general letme say this as an Indian. Village hospitality is of the best kind & people in cities be it poor or middle class are in economic race & stressed alot. While u see village people are very free interms of mentally and are much more friendly & community driven. Economically driven places are hospitable in there own way but village kind of places have alot of warmth. In India if I want a community feel warmth and hospitality, I would go to an Indian village. The vendors and poor class in cities are trying to feed there family so there day goes to earn as much as they can especially foreigners can give them alot of business or money due to currency power or economic advantages of the nation. Culturally India is one of the most hospitable country and welcoming. Jews themselves acknowledged that India is the only country where we were not persecuted. Parsis are another community who fled the invasion and took an asylum at Bhavnagar Polish children were welcomed during World War at Balachadi when even Britain said no to giving them a place to live till war ended. Ethos of India is such in culture. But there are nuisances and situation of people which matter.

Bro do not enter the shops uninvited, people might not say anything but it is not a good behavior, At the chicken shop you entered the shop and start touching the things the owner was polite but you should not do that, if the setting area is inside then its not a problem.

Paan is a "desert" which means we take it after we have a great meal🍔🥪🍝 The saliva when gathers in mouth when eating paan should be split out again and again whenever the mouth gets full. The paan is just for chewing and at last it should be split out after chewing for about 15-20mints.
