I think there *is* a recipe, it includes thousands of hours of practice, incredible patience, dedication and devotion. Harry didnt wake up great, he chose to become great. We all want to be great, but only some have the discipline to achieve it

Without a unique original Talent and the required potential to develop and perfect it, there's no Greatness, there's no Mastery. You could take 2 different people, have them work the exact same hard way, for the exact same amount of time over the same number of years, with the exact same work ethic and STILL, you'd get TWO completely different results with their level of artistry. They wouldn't even necessarily get close to being excellent (without the required TALENT to reach excellence and enough POTENTIAL to take it there) at what they do and let's not talk about Greatness there. So nah, if there was any recipe, we would have had an Harry Mack before and would potentially have one more often. But as a matter of fact, Harry Mack is like Highlander, there can only be ONE and there will only be ONE. Yes, having the qualities you referred to, the Talent, the Potential and the Drive, ALL combined in the same individual, is rare enough to only happen once in a blue moon.

Yes, you can have genetic advantages, but unless you are mentally challenged i think anyone can learn what Harry does.. So anybody could become an astronaut if they decided to try ? Anyone could become a surgeon if they decided to try ? Etc ... So anybody could draw, paint, act, sing or play an instrument or two ?
