Harvard Educated Lawyer Quits Practice To Takeover NYC Family Bar During Pandemic

Harvard educated lawyer Adam Glenn is the proud owner of Jimmy's Corner, a neighborhood bar in the heart of Times Square. Adam's dad, hall of fame boxing manager Jimmy Glenn, founded the bar 50 years ago but the bar sadly closed its doors during the pandemic. Adam shares the impact his family's bar had on his life, and why he decided to quit his legal practice and reopen Jimmy's Corner after his father passed away due to Covid. In honor of his dad's legacy, Kelly surprises Adam with a proclamation from former Mayor Bill de Blasio declaring August 18th "Jimmy Glenn Day" in New York City.

Adam should seriously consider starting a YT channel / podcast called “Jimmy’s Corner” shot from the bar. He can share the bar stories and, maybe, give legal commentary from the bar. As a lawyer, I would subscribe in a heartbeat.

Jimmy was the man. Always sat in the back by the jukebox and when I came in he always remembered who I was. To me, it is THE BEST BAR in Manhattan. Jimmy Glenn will be missed tremendously, but never forgotten.
