This video is unironically hilarious and the perfect case study for where contemporary culture is at. The whole notion of corporate strategy is based upon the guiding principles of religion and philosophy - the institutions of a culture. Questions like - how do I live a good life, what does good mean, what is my purpose, why does these things matter - were all answered by religious institutions and philosophical study, and permeated through out via intellectuals/elite class and the structures of a society. These same questions and ideas were then applied to business because they are precisely the questions and answers you need to be able to manage and steer a company toward success. Contemporarily, it seems we now have to turn toward the creation - the corporate world - the byproduct of our bygone institutions, to even know what questions. Great video. I love the 2x2 bubble chart. As a senior citizen, I look back over my life and see that the SLUs that were "important" to me changed 4-5 times over the decades. So, the process should include a periodic review of the bubble chart.

The Seneca quote is very important because if you dont know your lifes direction, what you want to do during your 40 year career your life wont be easy. 15 year olds should spend some hours every day figuring out what they pay attention to and what interests them to decide their education and future work life. They can do low level internships during high school every summer in various fields to explore what feels a suitable area.
