That’s because these are snap and snow peas. You eat the entire pod and they are sweeter when harvested smaller

My situation is similar to yours, but I've started using containers and raised beds to grow my "garden". It's been an awesome adventure and very "fruitful" 😉 Start small and give it a shot, you'd be surprised how fun and therapeutic it is ❤

Do you know that pea sprout is yumm as well especially in winter it's crunchy and sweet as well. Simply sautéed with garlic and salt. Easy❤

Those purple peppers are hotter than hades......but that said.....the little bush is absolutely stunning....the stems are purple, the top of each leaf is blue-green and it sparkles.....teeny little silvery sparkles......and the underside of the leaf is silver When a breeze blows they all sparkle at once.....just stunning.....I had them all the raised wall of my yard....all along the wall for beauty. With a sign.....please pick all the purple peppers u want.... "Gentle! 😲 don't yank. Just pinch or snip the stem behind the pepper. Enjoy!

A suggestion for the strawberry twist and pick them cause if it's plucked it some what damages the plant in there growth process

You can eat the pea leaves too. In salads or you can stir fry it. It's goods. Try it.

How'd you get so many strawberries? I have 12 strawberry plants and between the 12 of them I only got like 3-4 per plant and they are TINYYYY the size of small grapes
