Unlock the power of organic soil biology! Great soil health tips from Dan! His knowledge of soil biology, nutrients and amendments will help you understand how to have the best organic garden soil preparation possible! Make the your soil the best it can be by focusing on feeding the soil microbial biology, instead of feeding your plants. The reason this works best is because the soil microbes themselves are what actually feeds your plant's root system through mycorrhizal symbiosis!

The whole plant can be used in stir frys, the stems can be used like slaw after being chopped. Mine are just now starting to head but don't look like they'll be near this big.

I'm dying of envy. My broccoli seemed to be ravaged in my greenhouse when they were seedlings, I planted some out but had heart surgery so I've been slowed way down this year, it's depressing but I love watching you success!

I am amazed how much difference that row cover made! The size of the broccoli is really perfect and without any bugs or aphids is astonishing! The year my broccoli did well in size I was shocked to find some green worms on them! SO hopefully next time I grow these I will remember this video! THANK YOU!

Whoa! You mean they were over 4 feet tall? You had too much nitrogen in your soil,I find that is the most common mistake that gardeners make, they kill their plants with kindness and wonder why things didn't produce in comparison to how big their plants were! Have a wonderful gardening season!
