Wow that's a lot of weight to be carrying especially after lifting all those logs. Doing that was hard work but at least you were outside and not breathing in cement dust. And it was nice to see you ate a banana and had some left to take home because bananas are full of potassium which helps regulate body fluids and is good for muscles and nerves. It's still important to drink lots of water especially when you are sweating.
