Harvesting Corn near Washington Court House Ohio - Gleaner Combines
In this video I am out in a field of corn near Washington Courthouse Ohio as this farm is winding down with their 2023 corn crop. In the video they are running their Gleaner R65 & S77 combines with 8 rows corn heads and running their Agco DT200 & DT220 Tractors pulling Killbros 1950 grain carts.

THANKS MIKE FOR ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO .I ALWAYS LOVED THE GLEANER COMBINES THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AT CLEANING THE GRAIN I CAN REMEMBER ONE TIME IN THE LATE 1970S AND VERY EARLY 80S WHEN PRICE OF A NEW GLEANER WAS 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS ALOT OF MONEY BACK THEN FOR ONE BUT NOW THAT PRICE IS PROBABLY CLOSER TO 3/4 OF MILLION DOLLARS OR MORE NOW.I KNOW TECHNOLOGY HAS COME A LONG WAY SINCE THEN . AGAIN THANKS MIKE FOR ALL THE HARD WORK YOU PUT INTO YOUR VIDEOS I ENJOY THEM . GOD BLESS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MIKE .

Early seventies the Big G Gleaners cost around 20 grand, cab and air, hydro and diesel engine. The late seventies the big Gleaner L2's were pushing 70 grand.

in this perticular movie i hear you talk about combine classifications wich are uncommon to me Can you explain a bit about combine classifications to a European fan?

Combines sizes are rated by class which generally goes off of horsepower and grain tank capacity. I'm sure other factors go into this as well but those are the two I know about.
