Nowadays all the spots were taken by madam pele. Still get spots but the micronesians be over fishing all over the place. We've used the Evolve pole spears for 3 years now and have enough sections, tips, and ends to have two 9 footers for open water, and two 5 footers for shooting under rocks. They never fail us!

Fantastic video Jason!! I've done a lot of diving all over the Big Island. My wife, who was Native Hawaiian, always told me that my Amakua is the Honu as well. And, many times, I see them close by me, especially in rough water. That was a great day of spearfishing, & Unko E most definitely cooked everything up to perfection.
