ඇත්තටම හරිම ලස්සන මුළුතැන්ගෙයක්.ඒ වගේම පාවිච්චියට ගන්න හැදි හරිම ලස්සනයි.. අපේ පොඩි කාලේ මතක් කරලා දුන්නට ස්තූතියි.😊. දැන් කාලේ ළමයින්ට ඒ වගේ අත්දැකීම් හරි අඩුයි..ඒ අතින් ඔයාගේ ළමයි හරි වාසනාවන්තයි.. හැමදාම පරිස්සමෙන් සතුටින් ඉන්න හැමෝම.. බුදුසරණයි

Wow well nice job. Back home we have a cocoa plantation but we collected cocoa cut & put in a big container fermented it for days, then washed,dried in the sun. Take a bit longer but that’s our way of doing the cocoa. Then we used a big tray to cook it till it ready, then peel off the put in the mortar and do it like she did yea

This was fun & nice to watch, gave me a different look on how another culture harvested & refined cocoa, i worked in a cocoa processing facility as a mechanic here in the US , our process is a whole different game

Even in rural areas (MX) the process is a bit different, the fresh cocoa seeds are fermented and then roasted into a darker tone.
