I know this show isn't really about the law but it's impressive how often Harvey is presented with a settlement offer, THAT HE IS LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO SHOW HIS CLIENT, and he doesn't bother doing so.

Sure but even within the frameworks of the show it's established that Harvey has no problems breaking the law to get the job done. In fact, the entire premise of the show is him knowingly hiring an unqualified drug dealer to work for him as a lawyer.

@@digitalradiohacker Passed it fraudulently, so not qualified Drug dealer isn't a classified term handed out once you are sentenced for the crime of dealing drugs, you're a drug dealer if you deal, or attempt to deal, drugs.

No you’re not. Not only was it contrived, it felt totally rushed. Not saying make a full season out of it, but at the very least 4-6 episodes.

Not just you. It straight up came out of nowhere and he literally just vanishes from existence at the end of this episode itself as I recall. The actor probably wanted out of the series or something so they just rushed the end of his character arc.

Contracts signed by a minor are still gonna be enforced unless they’re manifestly unfair to the minor

Contracts cannot be signed by a minor they must be signed by their legal guardians

Yes but once the minor turns of legal age to sign the contract, if they carry on cashing cheques related to that contract knowingly then they are enforcing that contract with their actions.
