Harwich to Holland on foot with Stena Line 🇬🇧 🇳🇱

A2B via Sea undertook a short break with Stena Line from Harwich in the Essex region of the UK to the Hoek van Holland in the Netherlands.
The UK port has a railway station within the ferry terminal giving extremely easy access to London Liverpool Street Station if you are travelling as a foot passenger.
The Dutch port has a railway station across the road, two minutes away, allowing easy access to the rest of Holland.
The two Stena Line ferries on the route, Stena Hollandica and Stena Britannia, underwent a mamouth internal refit completely transforming their passenger facilities.
On board one will find the Riviera Bar, Taste Restaurant, Family hub with children's movies, a giant screen PlayStation and play area, luggage storage room, shopping centre, Barista Coffee Bar & Lounge, extensive exterior decks with its own bar (summer months), a range of cabin accommodation and the jewel in the crown, Stena Plus.

Just travelled on the Stena Hollandica after viewing your VLOG, Went on 3 day motorcycle tour of France, Germany & Amsterdam & returned to Harwich on the lovely Hollandica. And yes a beautiful Vessel indeed. The crew all seemed very happy in the work roles. Plenty of smiles & very helpful. Next trip is planned for September, departing on the overnight Harwich to Hook of Holland, then through to Italy via Austria & Switzerland. May be looking at returning via france, any advice for the best port on return as we will be riding from Italy. Love the Vlogs & especially the classic ferry footage. It's refreshing to see a ferry route that is set up for foot passengers (no coach rides onto the car deck, like most other routes).

Ferry travel is the best way to get from A-B ! Errrrr not if you are going to New York or anywhere more than a night at sea away it isn’t ! Is you have already got a train to the port. What a ridiculous thing to say. This guy is a right muppet - he even explains what a temp control does !! Thanks for that useful info mate 😂

Thanks for your comments (and for watching). A2B via Sea promotes ferry travel to tourists around the world who wish to visit Europe and are looking for an alternative way to travel other than flying (as per my bio). As non European tourists may not be familiar with the amenities aboard European ferries I choose to show all, including the thermostat in cabins
