HAS HAD | HAVE HAD | HAD HAD භාවිතය සරලව සිංහලෙන්.
We use has had and has have with present perfect tense and had had with the past perfect tense. in order to understand how this works one has to know how has, have and had operates both as a main verb and a helping verb when making perfect tenses. you can learn all about that from the beginning to the end in this lesson.

those words mostly don't use when people talk to each other. It's ok to learn. But mainly people use has or had... not has had not had had. but as a learner . every one needs to learn it..
