When don't the Roosters have a 'war chest' to 'raid' other clubs? Their rebuild was on display when their coach ran second last, and the cheque book came out and paid Cronk and Tedesco in the same off-season to go to Bondi. After they had just raided Redfern for Angus and Keary. Every year the Roosters don't win the comp, is a win for the game.

Thanks - that's exactly what I was gonna say. Every week it's about how players take less just to be there. But when they said Keary was retiring I thought here we go, they will now have millions to spend. Sure enough. Fox last night were saying they now have $4m to spend. There's gotta be an investigation. Someone's gotta be accountable.
