ESL learner here: The sentence makes complete sense. Apparently there is an alarm going on about the property sector of China - i.e. the "China property sector alarm". And it (the alarm) is being fanned (this is the verb) by a slide (i.e. decline) in home prices in Beijing. So to conclude: The rapidly declining prices for homes in Beijing causes the already tense situation on the chinese real estate market to be even more tense. Or, as the newspaper titled: Beijing home price slide fans China property sector alarm. Easy :D

Ppl forget about the initial sentiment of reform tho In the Battle of Bunker Hill , both sides hoisted the British Union Jack, the founding fathers called themselves Englishmen, and their motives involved fighting for the “rights of the Englishman”. So the Revolutionary War was an initial fight to be recognized as Englishmen lol To make things more ironic, this sentiment changed when Thomas Paine, who was from England, found out about the revolution, immediately went to the USA, and produced a pamphlet that subsequently birthed the movement for independence.

Put the beans and rapidly melting cheese onto thick, white BUTTERED toast (for some reason yanks always have toast dry) and its great! Its not meant to be the absolute last word in food, its meant to be a filling, cheap, tasty & relatively healthy meal compared to junk food. The housing prices in Beijing are sliding, that entire problem is adding a fan to the fire that is China's property sector thus raising even more alarm; or more concisely: Beijing home price slide fans China property sector alarm. Tbh there should probably be the possessive apostrophe _s_ on both Beijing and China but aside from that pretty understandable sentence.
