I would prefer the double wide than the 500K house and property. One acre is more than enough to keep my 70 year old butt busy cutting. The inside of the home was beautiful. The huge work garage would be nice to rent out for someone that has a lot more talent than I do. Did you say an acre of land? Looks much bigger to me. Owners have great taste.

Those are the trolls who run around KZfaq hitting dislike on everything. There are huge groups of these people. They even have their own websites on how to troll. It is seriously unbelievable. They must have some really sad lives in order to do something like that for entertainment.

People running with the age old stereotype of Mobile/modular homes. The cheapest thing about the home is the wall panels. Circa 1970's. Other than that it is a beautiful home, maybe one or two minor changes to bring value way up.

This reminds me of how Kid Rock lives in a custom mobile home. Nice mobile on the outside, Ritz Carlton on the inside! Gangsters used to do this stay in the old neighborhood, but super fancy on the inside! LOL Beautiful home in and out!

I need a 4,800-5,000 Sq ft home in Arizona or Kentucky that has 3 acres of property. Not wooded but actually cleared with just some woods far off in the back. My poor big working dog needs more land to run on .He's bored with the one acre and I can't blame him as he is very intelligent too.

@@BradSimmons I hope your video's are monetized. If not I'd like to know why. That would help keep you motivated to keep making these video's I would think. That and if somebody can make a little extra money on the side I think its inspiring. I think I saw multiple areas in that yard that could be good for picnics or just a married couple setting out talking bout nothing to important on a nice day. Nice little fenced in garden spot as well. Price sounds a little closer to reality for us. Surprisingly nice place for the money. I'm starting to think Home Prices may be more reasonable in other Parts of Kentucky than where I live.

@@arifsarwary417 NJ has some nice places. But it's very expensive to live there and it's not that safe or pretty. But if you have friends or relatives there, it's a decent place to start. Go explore other places too so you can find the exact right place for you!

There is a circular fenced in area in the front yard. Is it a small pond? Is it a garden area protected from deer? Can you show a photo of it? It makes it seem you are hiding something from us since you avoided filming or discussing it. Otherwise, I loved your video.
