What stuck out to me in the interview was when Tyler asked about posting production pictures from the factory. So that's not easy? We live in a social media world and XM is closer to the factories. So its not easy to have someone in the factories taking pics for the customers? Ang says it's easier to just post shipping schedules. Sure buddy, whatever. Making the statue comes before shipping. Customers need to be assured that their stuff is actually being made.

Yeah, I waited a long time a long time for my two quarter scale Black Widow statues from Queen Studios, but I received them both this year and they are Amazing! ( The Black and Snowsuit versions).

I waited a long time for my XM 1/4 scale Lobo. It finally came in last month and I couldn't be happier.

I love XM I will always be a customer, they are my favorite company besides prime 1. I agree for sure transparency is key in sales and communication with your customers.Just let the people know, most people will totally get it and not really care like myself, not a lot you can do against the Chinese Government ha, then the 1% of your typical complainers about everything in this hobby will complain regardless of anything lol. If you spent money in full or have an NRD and are radio silence from the company I get that person being upset for sure, Just like I’m about to cancel my 1/3 Catwoman from Darkside, they haven’t responded to my last 3 emails and it’s paid in full …. But not losing my mind over it, just over it at this point lol. Life goes on if I don’t get my Toy.

Chris, you are being a bit naive. I have been working on Supply Chain issues in China for over 20 years. Queue? Are you seeing the same delays from the other statue suppliers who are using these manufacturers? I don't doubt that they may be at the back of the queue but that may be due to issues at XM (e.g. slow payment due to a lack of cash). Their manufacturers being shut down due to building unlicensed products? Sounds like they are using unscrupulous suppliers. They have not properly audited the practices of their suppliers or they are aware of the issue but are knowingly using them because they offered a lower cost.

Hi Chris I can't see myself pre-ordering anything that won't be available until 2025. At present I just want to finish paying what I have in pre-orders and will not order anything else unless it s in stock. My personal reason for this is fact if there's a war, that will definitely cause companies to delay items because of shipping and if your waiting more than 180 days, your screwed with your credit card company trying to get your money back, which your not at that point, so it helps to buy from licensed companies but that can be a problem too if your time frame for a refund has passed. That's why I am hesitant in buying any thing that suppose to be available in 2025 and XM is known for that

They should have been more transparent about those Problems Month ago. They have damaged their Brand quite a bit. Pretty excited for that Talia al Ghul Announcement. I'm also looking forward to the Classic Joker, but no way I will do any preorder Day1. I will wait, till shipping really is on the Horizon.

Really hope we get an update on the Godzilla statues. They went on preorder in 2021!

I wish XM only the best and hopefully their struggles are a thing of the past, but I'd wait for collectors to receive their orders before praising them. With delays up to a couple of years communication is a bare minimum. Hopefully transparency will be the norm in the future even before they're in crisis management.

Positives - I like the transparency. I like that they are teasing new things for the future. I am glad he took the time to sit down and share this with everyone. Negatives - This should have been out there many, many months ago, but I guess better late than never. As for the new reveals, sounds like a bunch more Batman and Joker statues (gag me). New X-Men statues are welcomed, but Dawn of X? Not really interested in pieces from that storyline.

Until I get the pieces I've been waiting like seems forever I won't be ordering anything else from XM. They waited way to long to break their silence. Too little too late in my opinion.
