He’s the average person online. They read only the headline and assume what the conclusion of the article is. If the headline sounds as though it insinuates his perspective is correct, he will engage with it and use it to pat himself on the back. It's a family issue; his uncle Cenk Uygur's exactly the same way. Both are completely incapable of subtlety or nuance, and when the mouse wheel in their heads comes to a grinding halt on the simplest of concepts, they immediately stop thinking entirely and just go with the most biased take possible. They're not rational people, they're stunted children going off of ego and anger, and if it wasn't for the fact that the far left have little to no critical thinking faculties, neither Turk would have a job higher than mobile phone kiosk or used car dealership middle management.

this argument doesnt work cause the majority of athletes who were competing against the trans swimmer supported her. it rly is very nuanced debate which forces the whole society go over previously uncontested ideas. and it is rly dangerous one cause on each side of the debate are people like u trying to invalidate their "enemies".
@tb86542 жыл бұрын
@@Desdress nowhere in this person's statement is an invalidation, his point was that not being apart of a field will heavily skewer the conclusion that you reach/hold, this would be like people who have never been poor or got out of poverty saying to others "Just stop eating out, put some of your money towards learning a trade" etc etc, while not even acknowledging that because you are poor you are incapable of buying food in bulk from Costco in order to save money, you're also unable to travel further to that better paying job since you don't have a car unless you spend twice the amount of time traveling by resorting to a bus/train, etc etc etc. The counter of this statement being that the specific fellow athletes are supporting Lia also doesn't make sense when it's obvious that people, especially women at a higher rate than men, are more socially aware beings and are more agreeable. How about this one, ask all athletes if they would rather build a woman's swimming or basketball or tennis team, of women who have gone through a male puberty and HRT, or Cis women who've gone through a female puberty and both share the same regimen, then we can also see which one average a taller height and a longer wingspan, and thicker skin, and a thicker forehead plate, and larger lungs.
