Hasanpasa Meatballs
For the patties:
-900gr low-fat ground beef
-1 large onion
-1 egg
-1 cup breadcrumbs
-1.5 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
For the porridge:
-5 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
-1 cup of hot milk (add slowly, you may not use all of them)
1 spoon of butter
For the sauce:
1 spoon of butter
-2 spoons of tomato paste
-2 cups of hot water
For the above:
Grated Kashar cheese
Cooking suggestion: Pre-cook the meatballs you have shaped in the 200c fan oven for 10 minutes. Then fill them with puree and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Transfer the sauce to the tray and send it back to the oven. When it reaches the desired redness in about 20-25 minutes, take it from the oven. Do not forget to add the sauce on it while serving 🤗
