Muzan could track Nezuko because she carries his blood, but back in S1, she had broken the curse and connection between them in the midst of her arc developing her humanity and demonic nature. Unfortunately, the anime cut this crucial info, so it's never explained outside of the manga.

If you remember Muzan’s conversation regarding Nezuko with Daki in season two, he said he needed Daki to help him find and kill “a demon that’s slipped from my grasp, like Tamayo”. Not sure of the how, but they’re definitely off his grid.

I think if more studios were like Kyoani and UFOTABLE there would be a better quality and pacing of shows. Both studios have put effort and time into allowing people working for them to grow into the animators they are, they won't just take a bunch of shows to grow faster and will not overlook the material they currently have. Like Ufotable could've churned out the Genshin anime real quick with some middle of the road animation but they have been working at it slowly while focusing on their current anime specially KNY, like many people I also think their main team has been working on the Infinity Castle for a WHILE now.
