❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️SPOILERS FROM FIGHT WITH MUZAN ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Actually, giyuu, gyomei, mitsuri,sanemi,and iguro were fighting muzan. Tanjirou then was passed out from I think poison of the sort and durning then he bad a memory of his ancestor meeting yoriichi and him explaining his life story, after he displays all forms of sun breathing which tanjirou sees and learns. Meanwhile when that’s happening, the hashiras get worn off and just when they all are out of breath, tanjirou wakes up and countinues the fighting using the new forms he learned keeping Muzan busy as the hashira recover. At the end 2 hashira are alive from the fight: Giyuu and Sanemi. At the end giyuu and tanjirou combine their strength and keep muzan under the sun to where he dies. So tanjirou wasn’t the only one fighting and he was weakened from the poison, although he did play an important role in it.
