If u miss the doritio3 chips u wouldn’t put any weight on doing this food….it’s all protein, veg and water….leave the carbs and this is a protein meal….u could eat only this all day and never get fat

The main thing I hate about the traditional spicy bowl is the fake sausages…without those, it would actually be kinda healthy, but I know they probably taste 🔥 But u made a good suggestion with the cooked sausage and shrimp….I’m definitely gone use that substitute 💯

Bc y’all eat high sodium diets often puts you at risk for hypertension. (I’m not a health nut but I’m a nurse) when I ate poorly I allowed myself wiggle room by eating no fried foods, no carbs low sugar during the week then pig out on the weekends. Just an example. I love your show & yall as a couple. Much love and respect 🙏🏿🌲
