8:59 actually, all snow crabs are pre cooked and frozen, so our job is to gently reheat them, but i learned that you put butter in the water and bring them just to a boil and stop, the meat always comes out clean. but if you steam them, out of the water and butter, they usually stick. ;-)

Tomatoes only good or better and healthier without the skin and the seeds. The seeds in the skin called lectins which caused got holes in your stomach. I love tomatoes, tomato avocado sandwich, whatever may be but without the skin and the seeds.
