I made a conscious decision to stop watching the news, because the real world people, like Shloime and the friends he made in the middle-east are the ones I should watch and get my ideas from. Thank you for bringing those stories and introducing us to those people.

I am a Jew and have always been afraid of Muslims. Now watching this, I want to get to know my Muslim brothers and sisters, visit your communities and nations. This video is the antidote to ignorance and negativity on both sides. Stay away from the media. Watch this channel and educate yourself, people, about your neighbors. We can build a peaceful world in our hearts. Now. Love to all people who love our Creator and each other. We all need to be friends. Otherwise, we will have a horrible life. Agreed! All the media does is promote hate and discord. I no longer watch. I want to focus on the people doing good, the people wanting to love and build peace together. Jews and Muslims are more alike than different and I love seeing this kind of content.

As a muslim, I would feel safe in a jewish majority area, than any other. I know judaism is the closest religion to Islam, the media is very toxic and divides communities with lies & propaganda. Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had jewish neighbours and had respect & love for them.

As a Muslim, I feel the religious people I can mostly relate to are Jews. I’ve had some conversations with many Jews and it’s striking how similar their religion is to mine. I never knew this at all, and I’d have never known this if I didn’t open up my arms to people of other religions. Great video. Keep it up guys!

A rabbi came to an interfaith (Muslim, Jewish, Christian Evangelical) meeting at our mosque. The topic "Do we worship the same God?" Christian said no to the Muslims. The rabbi said yes that the Muslims and Jews worship the same God. The imam said yes we all worship the same God with the exception that Muslims accept Jesus as a prophet and not divine.

@@AA123TD yes that’s absolutely believable. Since I’ve been watching these videos about Jews, I’ve seen random videos pop up on my newsfeed about Jews and Judaism.watched a video by. Rabbi, and he was talking about what is wrong with society today and how has society descended into a Godless society and what struck me was how easily he could have been mistaken for a Muslim scholar if he wasn’t wearing a Kippah. He spoke absolute sense and what your average muslim would think is wrong with society today and how to fix it etc. It was very interesting.

I was raised a Muslim in the UK, one of my initial jobs was in a library looking after the Anglo-Jewish archives - I gained so much respect for the religion and its tenants. Behind all the rituals, all religons teach love, respect and responsibility for ones own actions. Really enjoyed watching this.

I’m a Muslim, we both for pork. We both only eat food slaughtered in a humane certain way. We are both conservative when it comes to marriage, pre-marital sex and dating. The Hadith you mentioned above is regarding the Jewish tribes of Banu Nadar and Banu Quraida of Madina, who broke countless peace treaties with the Muslims, over 1400 years ago. After many many breaches of this peace treaty, the Muslims were ordered to attack in self defence. This is the correct context regarding the Hadith you’ve quoted above bro. Hope that helps 👍🏽

@Theraphim Hebraeorum you are trying to turn the current arab israeli conflict from the last 70 years as a conflict which has existed between both religions for centuries. Jews were facing persecuted in christian majority countries far worse in islamic countries. In islamic spain, jews were flourishing in the politics and economy with limited obstacles. Then in christian spain they were all forced to leave with most of them finding shelter in islamic north africa. During world war 2, the jewish population of every country in europe decreased dramatically with the exception of albania, which at the time happened to be the only muslim majority country in europe. Till this day, the president of Israel expresses his gratitude for Albania because they shielded the jews. The jews and the arabs of the middle east lived in relative peace till the british took over. And regarding the hadiths you mentioned, they probably are either taken out of context as the other person might have mentioned or simply not authentic ones, cause if you dont know, hadiths are 100% authentic with many fabricated ones in the mix. Please don't try to explain the root of this conflict as religion. Its political and the changing political landscape in the middle east should be all the proof you need.

This was my journey but I love my Jewish past & family & I love how more people are getting to know them! My family Rabbi always reminds me I can come back when ever I want(my mom is Jewish). As a Jew, I would love to see a video on Palestine and Palestinians. I want to know more about their culture and everything they have to offer! I have known a few through university and we always got along and agreed on almost everything. Politics have screwed up relationships when in reality, we are more similar than people would think.

I wish every US citizen could travel to a foreign country for at least a month to a year to get to know other people and cultures. Most of our world problems would be solved. Why not have a mandatory year of foreign service for every 18 year old in lieu of military service?

This is one of the most positive stories I've heard on any channel. There's so much fear and mistrust among people it's hard to find any common ground. @@ShanaLawson our chaplaincy department serves all different religions - some of the religions we regularly serve include: Protestant, Catholic, Muslim, Eastern Orthodox Christian, Native American, Jewish, Mormon, Jehovah's Witnesses, Buddhist, Hindu, Nation of Islam, Wiccan, and Odinist.

I couldn’t be any happier that I found this video. I love seeing my Muslim and Jewish brothers and sisters getting along and lifting up each other. As a Christian woman that loves and respect all of GOD’s children no matter which religion they practice, this makes me feel that yes, it’s possible, we can all get along, we all want peace, we all want to love, we all want to be friendly and be accepted.

But I think even Saudi government admits that Saudis killed him, they just say it wasn't orchestrated by the state... hence why they arrested a bunch of people who were all Saudi nationals lmao. So he didn't actually say which Saudis did it, so I think he should be fine.

I’m a religious Jew and was always wary of religious Muslims due to ignorance. I worked once with a Palestinian religious Muslims nd he and I would chat in the break room...it was so nice and eye opening. Our faiths and practices have so much in common...dietary laws..conservatives values..washing before praying, lots of prayer lol. I felt I had more in common with him than many other cultures.

I can explain their objective and perhaps why a mitzvah had been misinterpreted that way however there can be many interpretations of the same thing (commandment/law.) That’s why like he said there is a gamet of ways to practice being a jew from Sascha to my brothers and sisters in Crown Heights Brooklyn.

Yes most of people in the middle East converted to Islam from Christianity, Jewdaism and atheism. So that is why Israel has nothing to ask from middle East. The people are in their land. The other minorities are still living side by side with Muslims with no problem like in Lebanon Egypt Morocco Yemen and so on.

I just want to say that I have been overcome with emotion after watching this series. I myself am mixed and was raised Jewish and deep down I've always had an identity crisis. To see these amazingly kind Hassidim like Shloime be so open to connecting and educating and befriending non jews brings me a new sense of peace in my heart. I am sure that we can soon achieve world peace and accept and appreciate eachothers culture and traditions and it starts with interactions like these. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you and Shloime and everyone else who was a part of this series that is helping educate and enlighten and to help set such a positive example of tolerance and acceptance of which we should all strive to replicate with each other. God bless every human on Earth. May we soon see better days and once and for all reach our highest potential as a unified race of enlightened and loving beings 🙏

Pete what you see on the news and what you see in life when you actually travel is completely different. I will say that yes there are some people that don't like each others. But that's in every religion, race and culture. I'm Palestinian Muslim but born here in Buffalo NY. 2 of my best friends are Jewish ✡ and I can tell you right now they hate the division. I dont have a problem with anyone.
