I join Jason of Grainydays and Caleb of Bad Flashes on a wholesome hike, and I bring along some expired fuji provia. I get the chance to shoot with Jason's beautiful Hasselblad 501C, albeit with a weird catch.

I use a 6x4.5 film back and a prism viewfinder on my 503cw, and turning it sideways to get vertical 6x4.5 shots is easy since the prism corrects the scene.

I have a 500CM, and let's be honest....I would do the same thing. The Hasselblad killed my bag budget, I don't even have a target bag for it

I recently bought a 645 back for my Hasselblad 500 c/m because it case cheaper than buying into yet another camera system to get the format. I haven't shot it yet though.

As a Plaubel Makina W67 owner (who had to pay a King's ransom to have it repaired recently) - I can understand Jason's nervousness to lend it! Great camera, but not exactly robust...

I shoot a Hassy 501c also, 6x6 only. And I do not like to shoot expired slide or color print film. I'm ok with expired B&W, but not color. I don't like the issues with color shift or trying to fix that in post.
