The Hat Champ is designed to fit on any screen printing press or Direct to Garment printers. You do not need special screens-you can use your regular screens. The platens are exchangeable, they thumb screw on and off so you can print on all types of caps and visors.

Wow! This is something I have been looking for! I have had a screen press for a few years, and I've been trying to rig up a custom platen for printing on hats, with no luck so far. This is a fantastic product!

You should show a 6 panel print on a structured Cap. That is the hardest print. A Trucker Hat is the easiest to print.

achung2526, We assume you have not used the product. There are many thousands of users since 1989 who would disagree who use the Hat Champ on screen printing presses and Direct to Garment. You must sell embroidery equipment!

Or you could just use a hat (heat) press and avoid having to crunch the shit out of the hat.

Wow did you really just do a video and jump over the 6 panel hat? Shame on you . You guys should just say hey our product isn't. Goood for printing on 6 panel caps... video totally turned me against the product
