Place looks awesome! Long range and precision rifle is definitely an area I will be focusing on in the future. That being said, I am finding it pretty hard to get into from a budget stand point. So, first question. What do you recommend to get the most bang for the buck? From system, round, training and frequency? Second question. I have been pretty married to the .308 because of its availability; however, almost everyone seems to be moving to 6.5 creedmore or some other fancy flatter shooting rounds. What is your opinion on the viability of the .308 as both a competitive, hunting, and combat round? Is there anything I should be doing to increase its efficacy? Last question. I know on paper all the newer rounds look pretty impressive, but it is a large investment to jump to something new. Have you seen any evidence that the newer rounds being introduced as replacements for the army offer a substantial benefit over their predecessors, what about specific use case scenarios? 308 vs 6.8, 300 win vs 300 Norma, and .50 vs .338?

Wind directly towards and away from the shooter - will that increase the overall distance (behind the bullet) or slow it down and cause it to drop sooner (wind towards the bullet)? And what do you need to consider when shooting with pulse - are there any techniques or exercises to mitigate this issue, as I find it really affects my accuracy out past a fee hundred metres

Hey Kevin & Brian. Would love to know what the POI shift there is when shooting into a heat mirage - will the rounds fall low or high? And when rifle barrel is hot to the touch likewise will the rounds rise or fall from the POA? Cheers Uso!!!

I've been shooting the 6ARC since 2020 when it came out . I'm finally ready to build out an actual CSASS type Upper . Thinking about going with 20" Barrel . Realistically how far is that 20" 6ARC capable of with Factory 105s or Hand loaded 105s . Definitely sticking with 105s because I've had the beat luck with them . I wish I could get some more 6ARC 106g TAP ammo but that was 1 time deal and I shot all 200 rounds lol.. Also is it better to go with Lightweight Can made out of Titanium for Longer Range setup or is better to go with normal weight Can.. When it comes to Bipods I've been using Magpul Bipod and it's been getting the job done and it's also Lightweight. Do you know of any other bipods that are around the same weight with more durability.. Lastly I've been eyeing 2-12× for this 6ARC Build . Is 12x practical for shooting 800m and in or should I get 18x - 20x.. Definitely jealous of that READY room..
