Vishnudeva Sanders exactly, i just recently discovered disembodied but was a great fan of knocked loose for quite some time, and i could hear it after the first song. I cant remember the last band that struck me so hard after first listen like disembodied did.

I told a young friend of mine to check out "If God Only Knew the Rest Were Dead." He came back and said, "Disembodied is pretty good. But they sound like Xibalba." I had a good chuckle. No disrespect to him or Xibalba though. Disembodied broke up before he was born...and Xibalba is a gnarly band.

Fuck yes. I love when bands actually play slower live. Meshuggah does that with a lot of songs. No joke New Millenium and Destroy Erase Improve have been probably around 10 BPM slower live for years and it CRUSHES.

I went to one their shows back in the late 90's at The Showcase Theater in California. One of the craziest shows I've been to. Absolute mayhem. So much fun. Thanks for the flashback! 🤘

I'm from the UK. I saw loads of gigs when I was younger especially between 2002 and 2007. No crowds as mental as this although Converge at the ULU in London in 2004 comes close.
