Warzone was the sound of my youth growing up in the Philippines 🇵🇭 then we decided to kick start the Philippine Underground Hardcore movement more than 3 decades ago

this show defo beat the super bowl of hardcore this year. it's best show of the year! five star, seven star whatever it is. all the guest singers are heroes! thank you hate5six for this video. Raybeez was there on the stage since beginning to end.

Highlight is Freddie Madball. Rab Bone could be the 2.0 version of Raybeez. Eventhough nobody will ever get close enough. The 7 Seconds cover is the icing on the cake. I just recently found out Todd has passed away... RIP Todd you gave away one hell of a tribute. Go reign in heaven to form a new Warzone!!!!

Warzone was my favorite hardcore band. I always wondered how popular they’d went with Raybeez still alive, and all the songs he would have given us! Rip Ray&Todd!!!

rat bones sounds so much like ray its freaking me out! the l.e.s crew was the first 7" I ever bought, got it at the original some records downstairs from 99x... that record will always hold a special place in my soul for NYHC and this brought me right back! thanks for posting this, I had to work that day... only blocks away but couldn't leave work, at least its on here...thanks! the beginning with walter was amazing!

Warzone were and always will be a American skinhead band....been a skin since forever. We are the youth that stood up and said we are different and we don’t care. We just do what we do and do it with pride and honor to the scene.

Whenever I see a crowd like this, it makes me think: Our REAL ENEMIES might have millions on their accounts, they might have the law and the cops in their back....but they still can't be among us without getting their heads kicked in. Keep the faith everybody! RIP Raybeez!

Could you imagine being in nyc during that era with all the real graffiti bombed out hiways and trains and going to hardcore shows? It,must,have,been a special kind of high

It was real raw. Cops said "put that beer in a bag", available paper bag at any deli, and let you walk off still drinking the beer. Times Square, 42nd, porn theaters, shops, cheap yet shitty drugs. Everyone just moved around almost doing whatever. Cops were old school street brawlers, corrupt, but if it was low level BS, told you get lost with a warning. Times Square subway station an encampment of homeless, lost, mentally ill, drug addicted, and standard public. Graff was everywhere, almost unnoticed. Port Authority constant filled with teen runaways from mid-west, taken in by pimps. They were totally obvious. Streets all the gritty stuff in the films, with some exaggeration. Basically, many people [now too] just went into Manhattan to hang out; no club or bar, just get fucked up on the streets, walk around, converse with the hookers on 9th/10th avenue and the 50s, when they had a lull in action. go read the graph on trains and subway walls. all like that. I was a teen then. Otherwise, it was CBGB for shows.
