Just came back to listen to this masterpiece again. Had this on loop during the pandemic which I was at my lowest point back then. Made me realize just how little my sufferings were compared to other's and that I shouldn't be selfish as life just isn't fair for a lot of people. The lyrics of this song gave me a lot to think about over the years and I myself have been upholding them out like principles.

In my opinion, Mafumafu's version is full of raging emotions; sadness, misery, agony and as if I can connect through what he feel like storms of loneliness and being empty but even so there's a hint of light within his melody like a form of encouragement, "we got life to live and we need to live our life with our fullest intent!" on the other hand Kobasolo's version is like a fleeting warm light in dark, cold and lonely night that embraces you like a soft whisper in dusk saying, "dearest, it's okay you've done your best, there's still tomorrow to make up for things." Both artist are amazing in any ways.

I am not a Japanese native but these songs just set my heart at ease because l can relate to them this the 3rd time l have listened to only now do l understand the lyrics

I've heard mafumafu's, raon's and kobasolo's cover, and I'd say kobasolo is the best among the three, the other two is good too but i like this cover more. While mafumafu's and raon's version are like telling us in disappoinment, anger voice like "this is the kind of life we were given, im in pain because of it, let me out from this dark place, my life filled with disappoinment, i am angry, i am sad because of my surroundings", but kobasolo's version is more like assuring and calming that give me the vibes like "im dissapointed by life itself, i wish to end it all but we have to live on, even though we are betrayed by life itself, we have to live, tomorrow might be a joyous day for us", it give me this kind of feelings. While mafumafu's and raon's version simply express the emotion but kobasolo's version somehow giving advice to continue on living no matter what. Please dont bash me, its just my thought. 😅

In my very own opinion, Mafumafu's cover is like he is letting out all his sadness, anger, frustration, and all the other feelings trapped in his heart. This version sounds more like when someone loses a person they love or care for then turns into this really kind person. Like someone who is already very tired and just wants to finally take a rest. I really love both of the covers of the song. I listen to both of them depending on my current mood.

I randomly got here but OHGOSH fate really decided to bless my day with such a beautiful song (which I found out it’s a cover), yet nonetheless the singer’s emotions come to me like a tide and I had goosebumps throughout the song! The lyrics are real and heartfelt.

In my opinion: Mafumafu's cover is more of aggression, the wildness of all the emotions you suppressed inside, like a dam that has reached it's limit and you have to release it. kobasolo cover has you slowing down, like your pondering over your thoughts while they're swirling about and it's just there... at the beginning of the song and as you progress... it's like... a sort of stream.. and eventually converges towards a larger body of water adding more to the eddies like the music. Eddies have more energy to it, but at the end of that river is a lake. A larger... but still water. Er, well, that's as much as I can describe it for me. They're both good covers still. :)
