As someone who experiences sleep paralysis quite often, I actually trained myself to snap out of it within a few seconds. You gotta focus really hard on trying to move smth, the fingers are usually not too hard. I just tell myself “I’m gonna move my fingers, NOW” and then move them. Took a few times but now it usually works. Just gotta remind yourself ‘hey my brain is awake and my brain controls my body’😂
