A special big shout out for @veggiepaaji.. I was watching all the kolkata food series and being native here I am really impressed. First of all, most of the famous food explorers from other states only cover famous food chains like arsalan, dada boudi, k.c. das, kusum rolls, flurry's etc. But Tanmay came down to explore the street foods of kolkata. Literally interacting with the vendor, and I believe he enjoyed the actual magic of kolkata foods. Secondly, kolkata is not well known for vegetarian cuisine. Still this guy made a whole series of episodes only exploring veg foods across the city... It's a commendable job. Kudos.
