My Flashpup synthetic is in .25, has a side lever instead of the bolt, and Hatsan has added 2 more rails on each side above where the lower front rail is. Can’t beat it for the price, power and accuracy wise. Mine was under $360 U.S.

My very first pcp was the Hatsan AT 44-10 when they first came out and I never had any problems with the accuracy and had disc type magazines similar to the Weihrauch’s and that was my introduction to the pcp rifles and got me on the ladder and as the years went on and I saved my money then went to the bsa ultra and now I’m a weihrauch man through and through now having the hw 100s and the hw100 kt in synthetic which I’ve just got and is my main ratting rifle. These Hatsan pcp rifles are a great starter gun for those starting out and also a great workhorse for those wanting something reliable for vermin control and will take the odd knock that you won’t be over concerned about having the synthetic stocks. But as always Andy another great review on these budget pcp rifles and looking forward to your next review.

Everyone always seem to be shocked at the accuracy of hatsan guns.lol.. they make a pretty solid product and everyone i know say theirs is very accurate. Dont let the price fool you. Its a very good gun.

At 15.36 when you say "your hands are going blue but" .was the perfect chance to play THE SHOW MUST GO ON by queen lmfao .. really do love the vids Andy glad to see the constant pestering about budget rifles has translated to the show and that they are taking you by surprise how Good they can be for the money ... maybe it's worth doing a one off special comparing the absolute cheapest guns you can find and have a shoot off and feature comparison with them ... then maybe bring in the venari or gx40 as the bench mark of performance or even the new bsa clx to really show what you do and don't get for the money once again a great vid showing that it's a sport for everyone.

I always enjoy your presentations. You have a good style and keep things moving. Since you review so many airguns, I encourage you to provide a bit more data on your results (just like you do with FPS/FPE), e.g., average CTC of five 5-shot groups, decibels from a sound meter near the muzzle. This would allow us to compare products a bit more which is important when we are making buying decisions. Also when you do a comparison like in today's episode, I would have loved to hear your comments on what it is like to shoot the bullpup vs rifle configuration, e.g., offhand or braced position shooting accuracy and shooting comfort impacts of different pull lengths, weight balances, etc. Thank you again for your fun and useful reports.

Love my .25 Flashpup!

Good vid again andy. Iam bit of a traditionalist were airguns are concerned. I like my springers and my multipump pneumatics n maybe gas rams. The revelance is that, i own an Hatsan Supercharger in. 177 flavour and it is great. It is an old school style break barrel springer pistol. Hatsan give you alot for your money and build quality is amazing. It has the trigger auto safety which has the pretty gold plated quattro trigger system that is ultra adjustable that engage when cocked. . The sights are tru glow sights that are adjustable for windage and elation, green at the rear but front red tru glo wheel adjustable front sight which i havent sen before. I now have fit 2x20 pao pistol scope with long eye relief for fun and looks to see what more i could achieve, more accurate but the tru glo, s i prefer. The top of the pistol has the "RDS" recoil reduction system that moves its way back when fires almost like a blowpack pistol but less dramatically and is used to absorb the recoil. It is built like a tank and reminiscent of the old BSA Scorpion pistol, but more accurate. It has 1/2 unf threaded barrel but has a steel. screw on muzzle brake/cocking aid which looks like a small moderator itself. A moderator does quiet the bark alot and you can only hear the action but it looks rather imposing with its size. I was more than happy as it settled in and powerful at 5.75ftlb with Rws Hypermax and a little less with Rws Superpoints . I wasnt pleased at 1st as it was lest than 4.8ftlbs and i was going to sell it. But as it settled i was very happy. I paid £125 brand new from fellas at BAR in Blackpool 6 years ago and although not a stock item they got it in for me. It is heavy but i do prefer it over my Webley Alecto. 177 as i do like the old school looks and recoil. All the best from lancashire.

Nice Andy .. I hear the rifle can be abit rough but can be smoothed out by someone willing to give it a little TLC.. also the hatsan can be regulated for about £75 and they even have a none QE version for aftermarket silencers

To be honest I was quite shocked at the price at the end..... Sub 300 bullpup is mega bargain especially that shots straight.

I like the look of the bullpup. Yet to try it. Also like its lever action sibling .... the vectis. Damn I need a bigger gun cabinet

I own several PCPs of different price ranges (full power) and find myself using my .25 cal wood stock Flash Pup more than any other. It has served me tremendously well over the past three years, at all sorts of ranges. In the non-shrouded version, with the silencer removed it easily slips into a packpack too. No failures or issues to date.

Great review Andy. I own two Hatsan PCP's, in addition to several other "high end" PCP's the Flash Pup and Air Max both with wood stocks. Still trying to figure out if the Air " Max" refers to it's shot count or it's weight. 😂. I let my son shoot the flash pup. Again, love your channel and the British sense of humor! Take care. Anxiously waiting on my two AAR shirts I just ordered.

Well worth considering for someone who want to dip a toe into PCP air guns. In fairness not a Gamo CX40 but a less expensive option.

Bought two of these .25 from two different seller and both leak air and won’t hold air for more then 3-4 days , the synthetic stock version , while my wood Bullpup version is better

I'm surprised that hatsan haven't utilised the Webley brand name on their rifles,they have owned the name since around 2009 ,I think they might sell higher numbers if they had used the name from the start, I think they own the logun s16 brand as well ,didn't they make the XVI (re branded logun Evo s16?).

How do these stackup to the WAlther Reign?

I want them! But I’m trying to understand why the targets are never hit center? It’s about the grouping I know. It just seems it would be a better selling point if the rifle scopes were adjusted to place pellets in the bullseye. I’m a beginner myself so maybe I don’t have a valid comment. But I see so many videos with air guns showing how accurate they are and they never hit the center of any targets. Not sure what’s going on. Still perhaps if I get one maybe I can adjust it so I will be able to pop a squirrels eye out at 70 yards.

I think the Flashpup is amazing value for money. I've heard they also do it with a cocking lever, instead of the bolt. That would be brilliant.

The flashpup cylinder is fatter and shorter then the flash cylinder but both are 160cc

I've just bought the FDE behind you and it's gone back already. Chrono results all over the place and just refused to group any pellet I had. The build and QC just isn't there even given the cheaper price.
