I love a Hatsan, they are kind of the Kel tech of airguns. Barrel polish, de bur the transfer port, and clean ALL he factory lube out of the valve and trigger area. Also a very light polish on trigger. I love my Jet!

For sure... you can get by with the open sights, but I know a lot of people would definitely prefer an optic in this case.

To each their own but yeah... I'd favor an optic with this one.

Do a barrel polish using non embedding bore compound. And I cleaned ALL the lubrication out of the trigger and valve area. over 1000 pellets and a few tins of slugs and she is accurate past 40 yards. Best cheap PCP out there!

My Hatsan jet 2 in .177 is comically accurate for a pistol carbine. I think I lucked out and got a sweet one. The opposite of a lemon. Lol
