I’ve always been told I am quite calm natured but extremely strong willed many people especially say this time of the year christmas even Easter and trust me there had been so much temptations with cakes and sweets etc twice as I volunteer at the school for a change of scenery and also sanity LOL as I’m socially withdrawn anyway and also in an environment where there understanding it’s what we need right anybody. Twice when having lunch in the staff room I’ve seen a big cake and you can tell it’s fresh sometimes you just know I wanted to actually get the spoon and lick it when nobody is looking the thing is though where there is cake and you can and I could help myself to some that’s why it’s there the crowd of people are then surrounded it usually the staff room is very calm not over crowded it was that day packed it there then you see the cake then your oh I see why. So I’ve been very good I usually am with temptation to be fair disciplined I just decided when I will be naughty I will do it tomorrow with an apple crumble and custard that’s my treat to me. And my birthday which was this month I had a milkshake. Bonoffee I was upset as where I use to like the sundae they stopped it as Bonoffee as I liked it again I got it here and there not too much Then a nearby cafe I sometimes go to for brunch does it milkshake way I was then YES yum 🤤 I don’t have a sweet tooth actually it’s good in a way So I’m rewarding myself tomorrow If you exercise and don’t over do it you have nothing to feel had about just enjoy 😉 Which tomorrow I will indoor dancing is actually fun 🤩 I find Have you tried any of the milkshakes at the studio tour that’s what I want to do if there is a next time as long story I was freaking out over sugar when I did the Halloween tour I’m still so so happy in excitement I skimmed past the fireplace which they did green literally I was so close and got diverted I now have the photos so feel if there’s ok I can’t do the theme again I now feel satisfied and complete that I done it properly and as I should otherwise I would be very restless 😬 and hard on myself that how could be have walked right past it.
