This is a very bold, very important thing to address, and Pastor John did it in love and with the right motives. Thank you, pastor John for addressing this topic.

I've studied this for a few decades. Not continually, but here and there when a family member, close friend or a shipmate (US Navy) had questions or concerns along these lines. As I traveled the world, I visited the religious centers of the culture I was visiting. This message is on point and I'm surprised it came from a megachurch. There are a few areas that are incorrect but not because they are wrong, just not complete. I found use of several scriptures in the Old Testament that I had missed in my learning. I wrote them down and will be adding them to my notes. I also like the passage that was placed above the TV. That is a great reminder. This is a great sermon and I pray that it reaches many and that they take it to heart. I've also studied Yoga and Tai Chi recently and decided that while they are beneficial for the body, the body can get those same benefits through other types of exercise and stretching. We "see" Kundalini Yoga everywhere... everywhere. Nearly every TV show, cartoon, movie, commercial, many breakfast cereals and even car companies use the symbiology or names in their products. Not only do these things have occultic (hidden) meanings, but they also have more than one meaning. We may know the exoteric meaning but not the esoteric meanings. Yes, plural. When we "meditate" we are to meditate on his word and in prayer to the Father through his Son. We were created to bow down in worship and lift him up in praise. I'm going to watch this again with my wife and encourage my adult kids to watch it as well. I'm very excited about this sermon. Thanks to the pastor for taking the time to research it, write it and present it. I believe you will be attacked by the dark forces because of it, but YHVH will protect you. Hallelu Yah!

This is so powerful and something ALL need to hear. I was "lightly" in these practices without knowing the pull they had on me to steal me away from Gods' truth, from His mighty WORD. We must all remember that even the smallest drip of water will ERODE a ROCK. We have a firm foundation in Christ because HE is solid, not because we are! We are easily eroded by this world and must stand firm with the Armor of God in ALL things, not matter how little of a drip or how big of a thunderous wave may comes against us!

So Wonderful! This is so spot on. So many wonderful God loving Christians are so easily deceived by all those paranormal avenues you named and it all so needs to be exposed. Thank you and many blessings to you for your courage and boldness.

I truly enjoyed hearing this message EVEN THOUGH I have always liked watching scary movies since I was a child (something passed on by my mother) and some of my kids like watching them too but I know that we shouldn't do it. I have been praying that God would help me to put it away and He has been helping me but there's that nudge that tries to pull me in when I see a good title or trailer. I want God to take all desire to be scarred away totally. So I really thank God that I came across this message I am going to play it in our devotional hour at home tonight. Yoga positions are dedicated to a specific God or Goddess DEMONS!!! I was searching for a church in CA. As a former witch I qualify churches. One church LAKESIDE in northern CA the female pastor told me they practice Yoga and I should keep looking for another church.

Noises, hallucinations, vertigo etc. I was under MAJOR spirtual attack and the more it went south, the more conjured. UNTIL JESUS!!!!! THE MIGHTY ONE STEPPED IN!! I WAS IMMEDIATELY HEALED!! Can someone help me out with a question. My physical therapist gives me stretches for my bad back, and hips that are similar to yoga stretches. There is no mention of yoga but I recognize the stretches from when I attended yoga years ago.

I swear by my old body that he's right , new age is not really new, it's ancient it's the Dragon. Pastor John Lindell must be deeply connected with God and so he could be inspired to see this truth as a Westerner white He has balls to against all odds - He pleases God and not majority of ignorant American - human. I know many good yogists, they are not evil people few are very decent human being. Sadly yoga will change them inside out and away from Christianity bit by bit. I always advise people : if you believe in Christianity Don't touch new age. If you believe in Buddhism, Tao, Zen, then yoga is not a problem to you. Yoga wisdom lies on two things : movement and breathing. You don't have to meditate or chant : You already invited the spirit to your body and emptyingyour mind ,unless you breath it in a wrong way ( such as Pilates it can't open your charka it won't alter you in the end ) I'm from a family doing Asian black magic.

I'm a muslim but this was really informative. Many muslim scholars have also classified yoga as haram (forbidden)
