In this first video, I want to share a simple recipe, namely ACI BAKSO with Spicy Sauce. The method of making it is easy to follow and the ingredients needed are not difficult to find because you can create the filling as you like. So good luck and good luck.
ACI BASO Ingredients:
15 Tbsp Wheat Flour
15 Tbsp Starch/ Tapioca Flour
400 Ml Water/adjust
Seasoning, salt and ground pepper to taste
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp Fried Shallots
1 Stem Scallions Quail eggs (may not be used)
Kuah Ingredients:
500 Ml Water/ Broth
6 Shallot Cloves
3 Garlic Fruits
10 Cayenne Peppers
2 Large Red Chilies
Salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
ADDITIONAL MATERIALS:
To taste Fried Tofu
Enough dumpling skin
To taste fried shallots
To taste Lime
