Ruiz has to be among the most overrated boxers in the world. He got a decision against Ortiz, having lost every round in which he did not drop the old man. And before that he was dropped by another old man who had just stepped out of retirement and was shot to pieces. Ruiz can beat anyone if focussed and is a big underachiever despite still having a good record and being former world champ. Miller is difficult but maybe too old now. Parker and Ruiz have always been the the two high level opponents of the division but have not achieved what they should have. Zhang too maybe too old but he is also on a high level....Fury, Joshua, Wilder etc are below them....Usyk has the skill but he doesn't have the power and size of Ruiz and Parker...I think they can both beat Usyk.
