EXPLAIN THE INDIAN DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND YOUR OPINION INTRODUCTION India has not drainage systems correctly now. Thereby can not save water source and missing more drainage systems for many year. whereby man power has occupied miscellaneous drainages. BODY OF THE ESSAY Ours ancestors had been saving and maintaining by good drainage system for many year. because they had felt well about significance water and effect of low water level. so that they had been maintaining well its. METHOD OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM They had brought water to necessary of basic life and agriculture from the big dams by lakes, rivers and canals. Moreover they saved rain water and snow water in the big dams therein mountain place and they saved rain water at pond, tanks therein rural area. REASON OF DESTROY Now, Human could not feel significance the water because man have changed from agriculture to factories moreover he has aim to money. Season rain water get direct to sea every years because we have not correct method of drainages and rivers are without dams . Thereby we have got low level water. thereafter public and social activists say a few allegation against politician. whereby the politician do against to built dams in the rivers. because to illegal sell river sand. FUNCTION OF GOVERNMENT The first water act 1935 in state list and the first national water policy was adopted 1987. whereby the government has taken new scheme of the jal Shakthi abhyaan them recycling, storage dams , ground water ,irrigation, hydropower, navigation. CONCLUSION Therefore my opinion we should made awareness among the people and we should destroy the occupies.…

Sir, "This messagewas deleted" & "We are not allowed" indha sentences yendha tense la iruku? Yeppudi Be form verb +past v2 verb onna iruku?

"This message was deleted" = Past tense and Passive voice. "We are not allowed" = Present tense and Passive voice. In a Passive voice sentence the "Be" verb can combine with the other verbs. Please don't give too much importance for such grammar points. I suggest you to read and listen a lot of English to get over such doubts.

After has/ have past participle is used. He has completed the work in 4 hours. (அவர் 4 மணி நேரத்தில் பணிகளை முடித்துள்ளார்.). The word "completed" is past participle. The verb that comes after has/ have is past participle. (This sentence is in active voice). The work has been completed by him in 4 hours. (அந்தப் பணி அவரால் மணி நேரத்தில் முடிக்கப் பட்டு விட்டது) . Has been/ have been followed by a past participle, are used in Passive voice.
