《Avocado Tofu Rice Balls Onigiri》
Stir-fried shiitake mushrooms, crushed tofu, stewed with marinade, stir in healthy quinoa rice and serve with avocado. I can't believe it's such a great combination!The point is on rice balls with flavor of Taiwanese braised pork rice!
Ingredients:
Firm tofu 200g, Dried shiitake mushrooms 15g, Cooking oil ½tbsp,
Ginger 2 slices, Soy sauce 1tbsp, Rock sugar 3g,
Sichuan peppercorn ½tbsp, star anise 1pc,
Bay leaf 1pc, cinnamon stick 1g, Water 250ml,
Sushi rice 300g, quinoa 20g, Water 500ml,
Rice vinegar 30ml, sugar 14g, salt 2g, Sushi Nori,
Avocado 150g, Salt ¼tsp, black pepper ¼tsp, olive oil 1tsp
