Watching all your videos. Can’t wait to get my first Jetski. Facing two problems now. I order the Ford Maverick last August and I have no clue when I will get it. And probably storage. I am in Tampa. Will see. I praying for the best. I Hope I can do those adventures and mix with my photography. Will see. Keep doing your videos. Congrats!!!

I am glad you find the videos enjoyable or helpful and getting a jet ski can launch you into a fun lifestyle. At least you have time to figure out the storage and vehicle before you get one... I wish you the best success moving toward your goal! Let me know when you get one!

Great adventure and fun way to explore Tampa. If you go again, ride your skis to Armature Works for lunch on the river. Thanks for the ride and your teaser has me intrigued.

First congratulations Warren on your ski, have fun and be safe. The Alafia River is very nice and about a mile from its mouth I noted a pretty island in the middle (I think there is a bridge nearby). You may wish to stop there and relax...I think I noted a sand beach!

Another great video Bob. Has Walt got his recall done on his VX? The 2021 VX has 2 recalls. The starter and the gas tank. Tracy’s FX also has a recall for gas tank.

Thank you for the positive feedback... share with you jet ski friends! :-) Walking in that spring river posed very little danger... I doubt there would have been an alligator in the shallow water and we probbaly ould have seen him or a snake coming in the clear water.... now where I am going this week...I do NOT want to fall in at ALL...more to come!

SO, being in Colorado....when you were in Buckhorn Springs and those places...do you have to keep eyes out for gators? I just remember the saying: If you are in water in Florida (and other southern states) expect it to have gators in it
@BobBroeking Жыл бұрын
Are you in Colorado Springs? I lived there twice and I have not ruled out Colorado return in retirement. But to answer you question.... I have lived in Florida only 5 years in retirement and my sense of alligators has certainly matured in those five years. I EXPECT alligators to be in every lake, river, canal, spring I ride in and see them most all the time. A team mates saw a big one on Tuesday in a river along the GA border where we were riding. Do I swim or jump in in areas there are gators? Yes sometimes but certainly not some places like my latest video on the Kissimmee river where the per capita gator population is higher than in Tampa... you grow to respect them first, give them a wide berth, try not to bother them, and know they are as afraid of you then you are of them. So in the first year on the water in Florida I thought about them a lot, now I know they eare there and think very little of them in the way of being concerned. In my video that will be released on March 19th I am diving a local spring and there is one other lady (a local who swims daily there ) (early am) an she mentions a alligator lives there and it surprised her the day before. You will see me go back under water just to make sure he is not home that day... :-) Thanks for watching... if you have not sen the latest video it is here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i66npsh4spewiJs.html Bob

@@BobBroeking Hey- That's great. I am in the 'Springs. I loathe winter....can't ride (motorcycle/mtn bike) but, I hold a clearance and good career opportunities here, so...I stay for now. If I could...I'd snowbird to warmer climates during the winter and come home for summer. I have friends in both clearwater and hollywood beach areas, so I will need to go visit. Keep the good vids for those of us that have to still wear layers 1/2 the year!

Love your videos! Can you adjust your camera so it wouldn't oversaturate things that badly.
@BobBroeking2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the feedback that you love my videos. The saturation is done in post processing and in this case was difficult as the morning was terribly deary and cloudy and had I not upped the color a little it would have been depressing to watch... hahahha.... then when the sun came out the colors were perhaps a bit too vibrant, but it is always a fine balance. I am just an amateur.... :-)

Stumbled on your channel today and thanks for the good info you share..My wife and I are getting either a Seadoo GTI 170 SE or a Waverunner VX Cruiser / Limited HO. any suggestions? I"m around 180lbs and she is less just wondering how they would handle with 2 people. we would be using it on our local lakes in TN. Our son has a 2008 Seadoo GTI 155 SE we ride somtimes and it does 'OK" with 2 people but seems more stable with only 1 person .Thanks
@BobBroeking2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for coming by and I am happy you stayed. I cannot comment in the Seadoo but the VX cruiser would be great for what you describe … with the 1.8L engine. It is stable powerful, faster than my FX and a super machine price wise. I did a first impression video a year ago or so that is here: 2021 Yamaha VX Cruiser HO WaveRunner -- First Impression and Comparo with my FX #jetski #whitespider kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gb-Eq897rL7GpKs.html. There are also a VX playlist of all VX videos on my channel… let me know if these help. Bob

Thanks .We are leaning toward VX cruiser.Looks nice and comfy to cruise around on.Being in our mid-fifties we are way past the supercharged speed stuff.

@@tndeere Zero need for super charged in my opinion. When I am going 59 mph I cannot imagine going 75mph... VX is a great machine for two!
