I'm going to start using lemongrass, kalif lime leaf, galangal on my stews just to taste the flavor of these herbs. My curiosity was waken watching this beautiful lady cook with these herbs. I think she should wear gloves when she is handling the meat, chicken, or fish in the market. I don't see her in other videos that she cleans the hand that had touched the poultry.. Then she is handling her money. There are too many viruses and bacterias going around. Just use a touch of precaution.

In Bangladesh this fish is called baeen. Thats very testy and delicious in our country. Its our indigenous fish.
