The arrival of ALDAR in DUBAI is a good thing for investors. Definitely people interested in investing in alain rd /emirates rd now have more options to choose. Specially those investors who don’t like to buy properties with huge premiums. Haven wouldn’t challenge the first 5 phases of townhouses eden/nara/talia/orania/elora at all. Investors who have purchased in those 5 phases are set to make huge premiums. Farm gardens will also not have any kind of impact due to its distinct characteristics. But Neema/Alana investors might have to be cautious now. Haven with better payment plan & a better location will definitely gave more flexibility to buyers in terms of choosing the properties in ready market.
