How many restaurants are available in total? And how would you rate the food at the resort on a scale of 1 to 10?

I've heard that if you don't do serenity club, there's no food options. Is this true?

You get food options for every package. Serenity package you just get 2 extra “serenity restaurants” a couple private pools a bottle of champagne & a butler. Not worth it in my opinion going in 2 weeks

Serenity gives you 2 extra places for breakfast. They have the exact same menu. And 1 extra place for dinner. We did Serenity because the upcharge was not as much as we had seen with other hotels. We found a value in having Serenity at Haven. In addition to the extra restraunts, we had a butler that we could call to make dinner reservations and have anything delivered

@@fanettahampton8162 yes every room includes that. Beware of the current legal battle with Haven. The resort was just seized by the government in April

@Fanetta Hampton yes. They have 24 hour room service. But there is a limited late night menu

How was the beach when you were there? I was all set to book but then I read all of the reviews on TripAdvisor and 3/4 of them said the beach had so much seaweed that it covered the beach and smelled so bad. I don’t want to pay for the 1 bedroom ocean front if it will smell like that while trying to enjoy the balcony

Seaweed was plentiful. But they do try to clean it. The amount of seaweed on any given day will vary, and there is no way to predict it. This will be at any resort in cancun/Riviera Maya. In my opinion, the hotel and rooms are set back far enough so the smell does not hit you
