Good episode. I'm on TRT. For me it's 90% T and 10% variables. Only 10% because 4 workouts, a sensible diet, sleep hygiene and 10K steps isn't difficult for me WITH TRT, but IMPOSSIBLE for me without TRT. BUT, I'm not taking away anything from anyone. Variables are VITAL for better results and competitions. 4 workouts, a sensible diet, and 10K steps will only take you so far. You need a lot more for elite results.
