Yeah even though anti venom is made from venom it makes him more venome than venoms child. Since he didn't have an offspring to make anti-venom it was made straight from venom

I don't think this implies that anti-venom is conscious. It's just passively killing off the Carnage symbiote and absorbing it. This keeps Carnage from overpowering the host just basically as a side effect. But regardless, I don't get how the Carnage symbiote doesn't just get wiped out

It looks like this is the version of carnage that has some of the gryndle symbiote fused with it which is probably why its not dying to anti-venom easily

@@guatavocruzmarques4125 I am well aware but they have been outplayed and OVERdone. Seriously, Eddie at the time HATED symbiotes and HATED Venom so he hunted down Scream and Hybrid. Couple years later they forget all that and combine them again for brand synergy with the movie in 2018 Scorn was left in the shadows for AGES and brought back to be KILLED for the sake of Carnage...COMPLETELY OUT OF CHARACTER as she was half machine and incredibly logical and then made into some weirdo cultist zealot for Absolute Carnage Absolute CRAP on ALL accounts. And now Eddie is some weird version of King in Black in a lackluster and confusing arc. Cletus and Carnage are now two entities with Cletus rehashing taking over a coty for the 100th time and Carnage multiverse hopping killing venoms and taking their powers...for some reason. The only thing good to come from these arcs...was the ART. Marvel Comics is dying and has been for over a DECADE now and frankly at this point it will NOT be missed. They did it to themsleves

@@no.1spidey-fan182 Frankly, the new Venom arc has been amazing and a really fun ride for me, though, i guess that's a matter of opinion, but i do get your point that they wasted some really good potential with those characters.

I agree 100%. Patrick Mulligan, aka OG Toxin, had a much more interesting story and character arc than Eddie and Cletus ever had. And his relationship with Toxin was very unique and stood out from the other Symbiote characters. But Marvel wasted it by killing him off screen and giving Toxin to Eddie, which wasn’t even good. Now Toxin is with kid and he sucks. Way to go Marvel. You wasted so much potential.
