Learning curve on this thing is a little tricky and I've run into a few bugs, but it's so deep and fun to explore and can definitely see myself live-sequencing for performance once I've had a bit more practice! Nice job with the demo.

Didn't found proper bugs on my side, but it's true I had to read the manual to get anything out of it. But once you get it it make sens.

@@sabinetoyasu main issue is chunks of sequences disappearing when live recording a pattern on a different voice. I've only replicated it a couple of times, specifically with snare patterns dropping out when recording a synth line. Not a huge issue because you can punch it back in after and it seems to hold, but still an odd thing!

@@liamejohnson sometimes it seems like my synth faders don’t work or do anything. Sometimes they do! I can’t figure it out. Maybe it depends on the algorithm? The volume slider on synth 2 and 3 don’t do anything most of the time. Any ideas?

Man I appreciate you putting this video together. I just got one of these and there are not many resources outside of the manual & small official video by twisted electron. This really helped me get started on this weirdly interesting machine.

@@louiswarynski9039 Alors j'ai essayé, j'y suis pas arrivé et je me suis concentré sur le live rec du coup. Le tout nouveau firmware rend peut être la chose possible avec les p-lock a la Elektron et un clavier externe, il faut que je test.

I love the crunchy sounds from the BlastBeats (and the MegaFM) but honestly those little sliders look really annoying :/

Honestly it's not that bad, I prefer those to mini pots on Eurorack modules hahaha.

I'm wondering which one to get, BlastBeats or MegaFM. Which would you choose, if just one? I really like the MegaFM tones. It seems like you get that here, but also sequencing and groovebox features, with multiple channels/voices.

If you don't care about the drums it make sens to go to the MegaFM, but I havn't tried it (yet) so I can't tell much.

I had the blast beats, sent it back because the learning curve is humungous. Menu diving ahoy. Takes weeks to get a sound going.

Hi Have you tried to connect MIDI to another device that would be a Master? Apparently it can't accept only the clock. Only every time with the notes?
