Seriously whenever I think Clinique can't come out with any more incredible moisturizing products, they do. I love how you are promoting to not forget about caring for yourself and taking that time for yourself to practice self-care. I'm so proud of all you are doing and I know there's A TON behind the scenes that we have no idea about.

girl i’ve been feeling this for the past 2 months idk why but it’s been a struggle trying to balance everything it’s A LOT but you’re right self care and taking a minute to look after yourself and getting some exercise/yoga really helps a lot

Yes 🙌 loved it girl, you are a wise soul , great pamper routine 🛀 it’s so true this world pushes you to be fast and to do go go go . Slow down and be present, especially with your loved ones is key . I’ve been doing a casual type of meditation where I’ll lie in bed and either have silence or sometimes sound baths or asmr and I just focus on breathing and feeling any sensations or feelings that come up without resisting them then they sort of release and I feel better afterwards. I recommend trying it as it’s much easier than normal meditation and you don’t have to completely stop thinking. I learned the technique from a meditation called non-judgement on the calm app and just do it in a less strict way. Also sometimes just quiet rest in bed is as beneficial as meditation!
