i had sleep paralysis when i was 4-5ish. it wasnt a figure, like i usually hear of when people talk about sleep paralysis demons. it was just an arm and it grabbed my wrist and started to pull me under the bed. i never came off the bed, it was just never ending pulling. i still remember how it felt. it hurt, as youd expect if something was pulling on your arm with all its strength. it felt like it was trying to pull my arm off. when i tried to open my eyes, i couldn’t wake up. to this day im still scared of the edges of beds and corners i cant see around. this was almost 13 years ago.

Does anyone else ever get stuck in a sleep paralysis loop? If I dont physically sit up fron bed after getting sleep paralysis I get stuck slipping back into it over and over and over. I swear one time I was stuck in it for what felt like an eternity, but I had not one but several shadow people keeping me company

I just wanna talk for a minute. This is so nice. I finally have someone to talk to. This is what I desire. Thank you for making this video. It's going to sound strange to some, but ever since I found this video months ago, I have been using it to calm down. I fall asleep to this video often, and listen to it during bubble baths and panick attacks. My fiancee has literally asked me during episodes if I "need Kitty right now." rant while i listen to this amazing playlist: i had these horrible dreams around April, it was about me suddenly swimming with some fairies (something like that) and i noticed something huge (giant fish??) coming out from somewhere, I then remember VIVIDLY that i kept trying to open my eyes, but couldn't and it felt like someone was trying to make me sleep forcefully. I also felt someone or something holding my right hand that was under my pillow, telling me "Come back" or "You're okay" i don't really remember but i know someone or something was holding my hand because i tend to sleep with my right arm out. Then the next night (i wanna say the 28th) I suddenly fell down in water again and i tried waking up again, when all of the sudden i felt that same hand again just caressing my hand, i kept asking "who are you, tell me who you are" but they wouldn't or couldn't reply. It was strange too because it was terrified of who was touching my hand, but at the same time it felt comforting. The hand felt like my grandma's hand (she passed away when i was starting in sophomore year, im a Junior now.)

I remember once having a dream where I woke up and was walking through my room to grab something and something that looked like a black shadow of a human silhouette pushed me down, and it just kinda held me down on the floor with it's foot on my back even after I started crying from fear and the pain, and eventually when I was able to wake up I noticed tear stains on my cheeks and my back hurt like hell, like if someone had been pinning me down or hitting me. Not the first time I've had something like that happen either, like once I had a dream where I was in an unfamiliar room and couldn't move because the same shadowy figure was holding me down to the mattress by my back with sharp claws and when I woke up I had scratch marks on my back where I can't even reach. TLDR: my dreams are fucked and I think I have a demon that's been haunting me for quite a while :)

I think I had sleep paralysis for the first time a while back. I’m not sure what it was. It scared me. I don’t remember much. I was stuck laying on my stomach with my arms above me under my pillow. I couldn’t move. It felt like I want looking through my eyes but like I was watching myself. I felt something looming over me. Behind me. I couldn’t see it but I knew it was there. I had a feeling it looked like my sister I share a room with. But just different. Creepier. More disturbing. I wanted to move so bad but I just couldn’t. Then suddenly I would violently shake. Like the kind of shake that would wake you up when you feel like you’re falling. But I didn’t wake up. I would just go back to the same position I was in. It happened around 2 or 3 more times before I actually woke up. I haven’t told anyone about it. This sort of thing has never happened before and it really scared me. Please if anyone has answers, please help.
