JustAnswer Customer: The video I watched earlier told me to remove the pump and clean out-found some coins and lint, etc.
JustAnswer Customer: when I get this error message, I unplug and plug back in and then restart and machine usually works fine until a few more loads.

Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Either way, why it started working again is likely just due to moving wires and the motor around and such when working on it, but I would check the wires and if that all checks good I would replace the CCU.
JustAnswer Customer: What I'm saying is that on a daily basis, even before trying the fix this morning, I can unplug and restart and the machine works just fine.

Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Just pull the washer forward and unplug it.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Remove the screws coming in from the back of the to panel and the top panel pulls straight back, up, and off.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Then you have access to the control board mounted to the right side wall at the front.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: There is just a plastic clip toward the back that you pry with a flat head screwdriver to unclip the board and then it pulls off.
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: Swap the wires over one at a time and install the new board.
JustAnswer Customer: Maybe a silly analogy: if I can switch out a regular light switch for a dimmer switch, I can do this?
Tyler Z.: Home Appliance Technician: It's all plug and play, it should probably be easier than changing the light switch I think.
JustAnswer Customer: Ballpark cost for this part?
JustAnswer Customer: Also, sorry to be a pain, but I am a little frugal.it's definitely the control board and not the part that I cleaned?
